Dr Charlotte Ord is a Counselling Psychologist specialising in challenges around body image, weight, eating and LGBT+ issues. She works with adults and young people over the age of 16. She has extensive experience of working in the field of health and fitness and offers a safe, supportive and confidential space for you to explore the difficulties you are facing. Charlotte understands that it can be tough to talk about personal thoughts and feelings and recognises the importance of developing a strong therapeutic relationship to help you move forward more happily. Charlotte believes that there is no one psychological approach that suits everyone, and draws on a range of psychological concepts and psychotherapeutic techniques to find the approach that works best for you. She is trained and experienced in cognitive-behavioural, psychodynamic, existential and humanistic approaches, and considers the therapeutic process to be a collaborative effort in which you work together as a team.

Louise is a Clinical Psychologist with 30 years of experience in helping people improve their mental health and wellbeing. She specialises in seeing individual adults (from age 18 and no upper age limit) with common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression. Over her many years of practice, she has gained a good depth of knowledge with a wide number of issues. Her approach is to only use psychological therapies that have been proven to work. She believes that as well providing a warm and supportive relationship, effective therapy requires the use of active, evidence-based techniques. She provides appointments either online or in person in central Guildford.

People seek psychological help when experiencing emotional difficulties, with distressing psychological and physical symptoms, contributing to behavioural and relationship problems. She focusses on maintaining a human understanding of mental health problems.
